The company's technology enables 911 dispatchers to access callers' real-time GPS locations, receive texts and images, and answer video calls on compatible devices.

Co-founded by Michael Chime, Dylan Gleicher, and Neal Soni in 2019, Prepared initially focused on school shooting responses before pivoting to 911 call centers.
