Good morning ☀️, leader of the next generation.

Sometimes we give technology too much credit or too much blame.

The truth is, it’s a tool. How we use it is what matters.

Used with purpose, it helps us see more clearly, build faster, and express ourselves in new ways.

It’s not about chasing trends. It’s about creating something real.

Intuit partners with OpenAI in $100M+ deal for ChatGPT integration

Intuit signs $100M+ deal with OpenAI to bring its apps to ChatGPT

title image

Financial software giant Intuit has inked a groundbreaking multi-year agreement worth over $100 million with OpenAI, bringing its suite of popular financial applications directly into ChatGPT and significantly expanding its artificial intelligence capabilities.

The comprehensive partnership will integrate Intuit's flagship products—including TurboTax, Credit Karma, QuickBooks, and Mailchimp—directly within ChatGPT's interface. This integration allows users to seamlessly perform complex financial tasks through conversational AI, from estimating tax refunds and exploring credit options to managing business finances and executing marketing campaigns.

What sets this collaboration apart is its deep level of personalization. With user consent, Intuit's applications will access customers' financial data to provide tailored responses and execute specific tasks. Users can request invoice reminders, send marketing messages, or review personalized credit card and loan options—all through natural language conversations with ChatGPT.

This partnership represents a significant evolution in how financial services integrate with AI technology. While OpenAI launched its app integration platform in October with partners like Booking.com, Expedia, and Spotify, Intuit's implementation ventures into more sensitive territory—directly influencing users' financial decisions.

The financial nature of these interactions raises important questions about AI reliability and accuracy. Large language models are known to occasionally produce "hallucinated" or incorrect responses, which could have serious consequences when dealing with tax calculations or financial advice.

To address these concerns, Intuit has implemented multiple validation systems and leverages extensive domain-specific datasets. "When our AI provides an answer or gives guidance to a customer, it's drawing on the deep expertise that Intuit has developed over many years, plus the data that gives us a 360-degree view of the customer," explained Bruce Chan, Intuit spokesperson.

Chan emphasized that this approach ensures responses are both relevant and grounded in customers' actual financial data, backed by Intuit's decades of expertise in tax and financial services. The company maintains it will continue honoring accuracy guarantees for products like TurboTax, though specific liability arrangements for AI-generated errors remain unclear.

This deal extends beyond simple app integration. Intuit will expand its use of OpenAI's advanced models across its entire business ecosystem, building upon its existing multi-vendor AI strategy that already incorporates various commercial and open-source language models.

The partnership also provides Intuit with a powerful new distribution channel, potentially reaching ChatGPT's massive user base with its small business and consumer finance tools. This could significantly expand Intuit's market reach, particularly among users who prefer conversational interfaces for managing their finances.

Intuit has been aggressively pursuing AI integration since launching Intuit Assist in 2023, an AI assistant that operates across all its products. This OpenAI partnership represents the next major step in leveraging the company's vast data infrastructure and financial expertise.

The agreement also includes Intuit's continued use of ChatGPT Enterprise for internal operations, supporting employee workflows and productivity initiatives across the organization.

As businesses increasingly adopt AI-powered solutions, this partnership signals a broader shift toward more sophisticated, data-driven financial services that promise to make complex financial tasks more accessible through natural language interactions.

From Hype to Production: Voice AI in 2025

Voice AI has crossed into production. Deepgram’s 2025 State of Voice AI Report with Opus Research quantifies how 400 senior leaders - many at $100M+ enterprises - are budgeting, shipping, and measuring results.

Adoption is near-universal (97%), budgets are rising (84%), yet only 21% are very satisfied with legacy agents. And that gap is the opportunity: using human-like agents that handle real tasks, reduce wait times, and lift CSAT.

Get benchmarks to compare your roadmap, the first use cases breaking through (customer service, order capture, task automation), and the capabilities that separate leaders from laggards - latency, accuracy, tooling, and integration. Use the findings to prioritize quick wins now and build a scalable plan for 2026.

⚡ Trends for the Future

TikTok now lets you choose how much AI-generated content you want to see

TikTok introduces user controls for AI-generated content in feeds.

TikTok is rolling out a new feature that allows users to control how much AI-generated content appears in their "For You" feed, marking a significant shift for the platform that was once exclusively user-generated content.

The new AI-generated content (AIGC) control is being integrated into TikTok's existing "Manage Topics" tool, which already lets users adjust their exposure to over 10 categories including Dance, Sports, and Food & Drinks. Users can access this feature through Settings > Content Preferences > Manage Topics, where they can use a slider to increase or decrease AI-generated content in their feeds.

This move comes as competitors embrace AI-only approaches. Meta recently launched Vibes, a feed dedicated to AI-generated short videos, while OpenAI released Sora, a social platform focused entirely on AI-created content. Since these launches, realistic AI-generated videos have become increasingly common on TikTok, with users leveraging AI for various content types from historical topics to celebrity-focused posts.

To better identify AI content, TikTok is testing "invisible watermarking" technology. While the platform already requires users to label realistic AI-generated content and uses C2PA's Content Credentials system, these labels can be removed when content is reuploaded or edited elsewhere. The new invisible watermarks, readable only by TikTok, provide an additional safeguard that's harder to remove.

TikTok will initially apply these watermarks to content created with its AI Editor Pro tool and uploads with C2PA credentials. The feature is designed to improve content labeling reliability while maintaining the platform's existing Content Credentials system.

Complementing these technical measures, TikTok announced a $2 million AI literacy fund partnering with organizations like Girls Who Code to create educational content about AI literacy and safety. The new controls are expected to roll out over the coming weeks.
