This is the advice I will give to my kids:

1. Set Ambitious Goals and Take Action: Here's the reality – I won’t mind if you strive for the stars and end up on the moon; however, targeting the closest hill and achieving that? That’s a lost chance for something greater.

2. Challenges are your Champions: Always remember, the biggest problem you have is thinking you shouldn't face any problems. Challenges carve out champions, after all.

3. Expand with Courage: Life is like an elastic band. It will shrink or expand based on how courageous you are. Never let fear dictate your boundaries.

4. Be the Upgraded Version: While being true to who you are is essential, always strive to be the best version of yourself. Don't just settle for the status quo. A lesson that took me years to learn.

5. Constant Learning: When you see someone more successful, ask, "What do they know that I don’t?". Then set out to learn it. Knowledge has always been the ultimate power.
