Here is how you pay it: Everyone gets a card with either a Villager written on it, but two cards have the word Warewolf. Someone runs the game to make sure no one is cheating. And they go, okay it’s nighttime everyone close your eyes. Werewolves choose someone to kill, and Werewolves choose a certain Villager. In the morning they wake up and see who was killed during the night. And then there is a conversation between all the villagers and the 2 Werewolves and here is where it gets interesting. The Villagers now have to decide who they are going to kill and they choose. It is revealed by the consonant of the game that it was a Villager, not a Warewolf! And the game continues. The villagers win the game if they kill both Werewolves, The Werewolves win the game if they kill all but two Villagers. And the Werewolves usually win the game almost always.

The game was invented by a student of sociology in Russia who wanted to prove his thesis that an uninformed majority will always lose a battle of information to an informed minority.
